Señor Wooly is one of my favorite "teaching" tools. It is flat out genius, and I honestly wish that I had of thought of it first. Jim Woolridge is a Spanish Teacher in the suburbs of Chicago. He started out making hilarious videos, in Spanish of high-frequency Spanish words in silly songs. These silly songs get stuck in your head, and it's crazy...but that vocabulary comes in handy forever. The students will have individual accounts and can access songs and activities anytime they wish, I encourage you to listen and do the activities together as a family. I promise you will be singing along in no time. "Billy la bufanda...." Or...."Está muerto...su corazón dejo, de palpitar...."

Duo LingoDuolingo is truly one of the most remarkable free apps on the market. It is highly accurate, and very successful at helping with language acquisition. If your student has access to a tablet or smart phone, please allow them to download this app. If they (and even you!) will practice duolingo for 10 minutes a day, studies show that they can become bilingual in less than a year.

Profe PeplinskiProfe Peplinski is an amazing resource that has one of the most complete collections of CI/TPRS materials I have encountered. From videos, to games and other fun materials, this website has it all, for free! I can only hope to collect this many wonderful resources and put them together so masterfully. This is of course part of my "grown up" plans. :)
